Making
Complex Ideas
Work.

I work best on problems that arrive without a clear playbook. Across capital markets, media, legal services and technology, my approach has remained consistent: understand the business, evaluate the options, and build the structure needed to turn decisions into action.

At Netlink, that meant building the Ho Chi Minh City operation from the ground up, establishing core functions and supporting team leads as the organisation grew to 26 people. It also meant creating contract frameworks, managing strategic platform partnerships, and replacing manual reporting with an automated system shared across functions.

At YeaH1, I evaluated international expansion opportunities, recommended India as a market for entry, and led the work of establishing a local entity, securing production partners, and launching operations. Earlier, at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, I supported the Board's international engagements and coordinated across institutions, languages and stakeholders.

Some assignments are about building something new. Others are about navigating change, resolving operational problems, or keeping essential work moving through uncertainty. What connects them is the work I enjoy most: bringing structure to complexity and turning strategic priorities into practical execution.
